Packing for Luke's first time at Church Youth Camp:
Going through the Youth Camp rules;
“Momma, I can’t bring a pocket knife?
Momma, I can’t build my own camp fire?
Guess I can’t bring a fire starter …
Can I bring my traps? Can I bring my coon skins to show? How bout' this Rabbit skull?
I can’t bring my night time medicine, it’s basically a drug right? (Melatonin)
Geez! What kind of camping is this??!!!
I'm not gonna bring my pole if I can't skin a fish I catch & have to release it."
Me: “Welcome to Church Camp”
Luke: “Oh here is the ‘What not to bring paper’
I need to read this, I need to pay attention.”
His country is showing… I hope that little Baptist church likes outsiders 🤣
